PNG Portable Network Graphics
PNG stores pixels with lossless DEFLATE compression and a full 8-bit alpha channel. It is the safe default for screenshots, logos, UI assets and anything with sharp edges or text, because every pixel survives exactly as drawn.
PNG converterPDF Portable Document Format
PDF fixes the layout of a document so it looks the same on every screen and printer. It can contain text, vector graphics, images, forms and signatures, which is why it is the standard for invoices, contracts and forms.

Why convert PNG to PDF?
PNG files usually come from screenshots, design tools and image downloads, where lossless storage keeps edges crisp. Photographs saved as PNG are often 3 to 10 times larger than the same photo as JPG or WebP. Choose PDF to send images as one document, print them at a fixed page size, or attach them to a form that asks for PDF.
PNG to PDF settings
Each PNG becomes one page. Choose A4, Letter or a page that matches the image size, set the margin and orientation, and drag the thumbnails to change the page order before creating the PDF.
Frequently asked questions
Will the PDF lose quality?
PDF uses lossy compression, so some fine detail is discarded to make the file smaller. At the default quality setting the difference is very hard to see. Raise the quality slider if you need the result to stay closer to the PNG original.
Is transparency kept when converting PNG to PDF?
PDF cannot store transparency, so transparent areas are filled with a solid colour. White is used by default; you can pick any background colour in the options before converting.
