How strong is strong?

Strength is shown in bits of entropy. 60 bits resists online attacks, 80 bits is strong, and 100+ bits is very strong even against offline cracking. A 16-character password using all character sets is about 105 bits.

Are generated passwords stored?

No. Passwords are generated in your browser with crypto.getRandomValues and are never sent anywhere or saved.
