Not a redaction tool

Deleting a page removes it completely from the new file. To hide part of a page, use dedicated redaction software; drawing a black box does not remove the text underneath.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is opened and processed in your browser. It never leaves your device, which makes these tools safe for contracts, bank statements and medical records.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?

PDFs that need a password to open cannot be processed. Open the file in your PDF reader with the password and save or print an unprotected copy first.
